the basics of NVC, focused on understanding needs, being clear on responsibilities and clear requests
a three step process that can be used for constructive feedback
a process for conflict resolution
(Self-)leadership is overwhelming
Self-Leadership has become complex and Leadership of others even more. Dealing with the own tasks, setting personal goals and jobcrafting are very important skills, that we often only do on the side, because “there is no time”. When it comes to leading others, we are challenged to switch between being adaptive and assertive and deal with the most different situations to lead in. In general leaders have a hard time to shift to adequate Leadership Styles Like Coaching or Servant Leadership.
