Workshop · Berlin & Germany · English / German
Your people are productive. But their attention is the bottleneck.
A practical full-day workshop for leaders, team leads, and knowledge workers who carry too much — and want a system that actually holds. Combining behavioural science with hands-on AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot. Delivered in Berlin and across Germany, in English or German.
Dies ist für Sie, wenn
You lead a team — and you feel the cognitive weight of it
Output is still there. But the mental load of managing people, priorities and pressure — on top of your own work — is taking a toll. You want a system that helps you lead clearly without running on empty.
You struggle to focus on what actually matters
The to-do list grows faster than it shrinks. You end the day tired but unsure what you actually moved forward. The tools didn’t stick because they never addressed how your brain works under pressure — or how AI can genuinely take load off.
You want something that actually works on Monday morning
Not a theory session. Not a wellness day. A structured, evidence-based programme with concrete tools, real AI practice, and a facilitator who respects your time and your intelligence.

Die Forschung zeigt
1.8 hours
The average knowledge worker loses 1.8 hours every day — nearly one full workday per week — just searching for information, chasing updates, and reorienting after context switches.
McKinsey Global Institute
47 seconds
The average time a knowledge worker stays on a single screen before switching — down from 2.5 minutes in 2004. Sustained deep work is no longer a discipline problem. It’s a systems problem.
Gloria Mark, UC Irvine — Attention Span, 2023
21%
The share of employees globally who are engaged at work — the second decline in twelve years. Cognitive overload and unclear priorities are the primary drivers.

Was passiert, wenn sich nichts ändert?
Your best people start protecting their energy by doing less
High performers don’t burn out loudly. They quietly reduce their scope, stop raising ideas, and eventually leave — taking institutional knowledge with them. Exit interviews mention “leadership” and “lack of support.” The real cause was cognitive overload that nobody named.
Decision quality degrades — invisibly
Managers under sustained cognitive load make shorter-term decisions, avoid difficult conversations, and over-rely on familiar patterns. The organisation loses strategic thinking capacity without anyone noticing until it’s expensive to fix.
AI adoption stays shallow
Teams buy the tools. Nobody builds the system. Without a self-management foundation, AI becomes another notification source — not a genuine leverage point. The competitive advantage stays theoretical.
Training budgets disappear without trace
Skills learned in isolation don’t transfer. When there’s no system to integrate new behaviours into daily work, training ROI drops sharply after week two. Next year you’re paying for the same problem again — just with a different name on the slide deck.

Was die Teilnehmer mitnehmen
A system that fits their brain
Not a productivity app. A personal operating system built around how they think, work, and recharge — mapped to their personality type and work context.
Cognitive load — understood and reduced
Participants leave knowing exactly what’s draining their mental bandwidth and how to close the open loops that keep them in reactive mode.
AI as a real leverage tool — not a toy
Three concrete AI workflows they can use from Monday: daily planning, priority triage, and end-of-day reflection. Tested live with Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
Clarity on their one high-value move
Each participant leaves with a single, specific behaviour change — backed by implementation intention research showing 2–3x higher follow-through.
A personal system they built themselves
Designed around doing, not listening. Participants leave with a working system — not slides to review later.
A shared language for focus and overload
Teams that share a vocabulary for cognitive load report better peer support, fewer unnecessary meetings, and faster recovery after high-pressure periods.
Ihr Betreuer: Niv Nicolas Nowbakht
Niv has worked with managers, knowledge workers, and leadership teams across Berlin and internationally for over 12 years. His background combines communication science, systemic coaching, and a long-standing practical interest in how people think and organise themselves under pressure.
He doesn’t do generic productivity training. Every programme starts with the group’s actual situation — their real stress landscape, their existing tools, and the specific cognitive patterns that are getting in the way.
His facilitation style is direct, peer-level, and genuinely playful. Participants consistently report feeling heard from the first session — and leaving with more clarity than they expected.

Allgemeine Fragen
How is this different from a standard time management training?
Most time management trainings teach tools. This programme starts one level upstream — with how the brain processes information under load, and why most tools fail to stick. The AI integration is live and practical, not theoretical. Participants build their own system during the day, not after. If you’re also looking at leadership development, see our New Work & Leadership Workshop.
Our managers are already using AI tools. Why do they need this?
Using AI and leveraging AI are different things. Most knowledge workers use AI for isolated tasks. This workshop builds the system layer: how to use AI for priority management, cognitive offloading, and daily planning in a way that compounds over time. Most participants describe it as the missing piece.
How do I build the internal business case for this?
After our alignment call I’ll provide a one-page brief covering programme outline, investment, expected outcomes, and supporting research. Most HR leads use it to move internal approval within two weeks. I can also join a brief stakeholder call if that helps.
Can this run as an online workshop for remote or distributed teams?
Yes. The workshop works well online for distributed teams who already have a working relationship. In-person is recommended for new teams or where psychological safety is still being established. We’ll discuss what’s right for your group on the alignment call.
What’s the ideal group size and who should attend?
8–20 participants. The format works best with managers and knowledge workers who have genuine ownership over how they organise their work. Mixed seniority works well when there’s psychological safety in the group.
What AI tools do participants need?
A free account with Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot is sufficient — no paid subscriptions required. Participants who already use these tools will go deeper. Those who haven’t used them before will leave with a working setup and three concrete use cases.
