We’ve done leadership workshops before and nothing changed. Why will this be different?
Because the starting point is your group’s actual situation — gathered through a pre-survey before the day — not a generic curriculum. Participants discover the frameworks through their own experience, not through slides. That’s the difference between a workshop people forget and one they reference six months later.
Our leaders are senior and sceptical. Will they actually engage?
Senior leaders engage when the content is directly relevant to their reality, not to a generic leadership archetype. The peer format and pre-survey ensure the day feels built for them — because it is. Niv’s facilitation style is direct, peer-level, and grounded in 12 years of real leadership work. No corporate theatre.
How do I make the business case internally?
After our alignment call, you’ll receive a one-page brief covering the programme outline, investment, and expected outcomes. Most HR leads use it to move internal approval within two weeks.
In person or online — what works better?
Both work well. In-person is recommended for new teams or when psychological safety is still being built. Online works for distributed teams with an established working relationship. We’ll discuss what’s right for your group on the alignment call.
What’s the minimum group size?
8 participants is the minimum for the peer coaching format to work well. Maximum is 20. For smaller groups, contact me to discuss a modified format.
