Can I book a single pilot workshop before committing to a larger rollout?
Yes — that’s what the Spark format is for. A half-day session (from €500) lets your team experience the content and gives you concrete feedback before investing in a full programme. Most clients use it exactly this way.
What does a typical engagement look like — timeline and effort on our side?
From first call to delivered workshop: typically 2–3 weeks. Your side: a 30-minute alignment call, a short participant pre-survey, and the workshop day itself. You receive a written summary afterwards — ready to share with your leadership.
Do you work with international or mixed-language teams?
All programmes are available in English and German. Mixed-language groups are fine — the facilitation adapts. Most Berlin-based teams with international members choose English delivery.
