Stress is not the Problem. How your Team Relates to It is.
The pressure on your leaders isn’t going away. But the way your organisation responds to it can change – fundamentally. This programme creates the space to understand what’s driving pressure in your team, build a shared language for it, and develop sustainable ways forward.
A Practical Resilience Programme for Leaders, Teams, and Organisations
This is for you if
Your leadership team is capable
– but visibly running on empty
You’re seeing burnout signals
– and want to address the system, not just the individual
You want a facilitator who builds trust
– fast and doesn’t do corporate wellness theatre
This what I hear most often

What happens when nothing changes?
Talent Walks
Your most capable people quietly disengage, then leave. Exit interviews mention ‘leadership’ and ‘lack of support’. The real cause goes unaddressed.
Performance Erodes
Overwhelmed leaders make worse decisions, communicate less clearly, and protect their teams less effectively. Stress travels downward.
Culture Hardens
Unspoken patterns – perfectionism, avoidance, conflict suppression – become the default. Hard to name and even harder to tame without outside perspective.
Here’s How We’ll Build Resilience That Sticks
Together, we’ll cut through what’s draining your teams, identify the pressure points that matter, and give your leaders a concrete toolkit to stay effective — through change, not despite it.

What participants take away
A Shared Language for Stress
Participants develop a shared vocabulary for how pressure shows up — in themselves and in their team. This alone changes how colleagues support each other.
Clarity on Their Own Patterns
Each participant identifies their dominant driver and discovers their personal ‘allower’ — the internal permission that helps them respond rather than react.
Practical Tools for the Moment
Micro-recovery practices, context-switching strategies, and boundary-setting approaches that work in real conditions — not just on a wellness retreat.
A Shared Vision for the Team
The wrap-up process generates concrete ideas for what the team needs to feel strong — at the individual, team, and organisational level.
Stronger Peer Connections
The peer-coaching format creates space to listen deeply and reflect honestly. Teams report conversations they’d never had — after years of working together.
A Foundation for Ongoing Resilience
Resilience isn’t a one-day event. The programme is a starting point for ongoing team conversations, not a tick-box exercise.

Common Questions
We’ve done resilience workshops before and they didn’t stick. Why will this one be different?
Because it starts with your group’s actual stress landscape — via a pre-survey before the day — not a generic agenda. The frameworks are discovered by participants, not presented to them. That’s the difference between a session people forget on the drive home and one they still reference three months later.
Our leaders are senior and sceptical. Will they actually engage?
Senior leaders engage when the content is relevant to their reality, not to a generic leadership archetype. The pre-survey and peer format ensure the day feels built for them, because it is. Niv’s facilitation style is direct, peer-level, and grounded in real leadership experience. No corporate wellness theatre.
How do I make the business case internally?
I can help with that. After our alignment call, I’ll provide a one-page brief you can use with your stakeholders — covering the programme outline, investment, and expected outcomes. Most HR leads use it to move internal approval within two weeks.
In person or online – what works better?
Both work well. In-person is recommended for new teams or when psychological safety is still being built. Online works for distributed teams who already have a working relationship. We’ll discuss what’s right for your group on the alignment call.
What’s the minimum group size?
8 participants is the minimum for the peer coaching and group dynamics elements to work well. Maximum is 20. For smaller groups (5–7), contact me to discuss a modified format.
