What Is the AVGS Voucher and How Does It Work?
The Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein (AVGS) is issued by the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter and covers the full cost of job coaching with a certified provider. I work together with Beratungsgesellschaft M. Willkomm mbH, an AZAV-accredited training provider, which means our coaching programme is fully AVGS-eligible. You pay nothing.

Who is eligible for an AVGS voucher?
You are most likely eligible if you are currently receiving ALG I (Arbeitslosengeld I) from the Agentur für Arbeit, or ALG II / Bürgergeld from the Jobcenter. The final decision is made by your case worker (Arbeitsvermittler/In) — but I can help you prepare for that conversation and explain what to ask for
Does AVGS job coaching cost me anything?
No. The AVGS voucher covers 100 % of the coaching costs. Beratungsgesellschaft M. Willkomm mbH, our AZAV-certified partner, bills the agency directly. There are no costs for you at any point.
Can I do the coaching online?
Yes. All sessions can take place online via video call, in German or English. You don’t need to be based in Berlin.
How long does AVGS job coaching last?
The duration depends on the voucher your employment agency issues. Most programmes run between 6 and 12 weeks. We’ll clarify the exact scope during the info call.
What if my voucher request is rejected?
If the AVGS isn’t approved, you can still book a single Career Clarity Session (90 min, €129 offer till 31.05.26) or one of my paid coaching programmes. We’ll discuss your options in the info call and find the best suitable way.
